Free information and booking service for all your transport, accommodation, and activities throughout New Zealand plus specialised information about Northland. Friendly staff will help you plan and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. You can purchase from the extensive gift shop and enjoy great coffee and delicious food at the adjoining Cafe in the Park. Internet access, maps and phone cards also available.

The i-SITE is easily found on the southern entrance to the city with plenty of free parking, architecturally designed toilets and even a shower. Open everyday (excluding Christmas Day) 8.30am-5pm with extended hours 27th December to 31st January 8.30am to 6pm daily. Meet you there..
