Celebrate aviation history at Wings over Wairarapa

TAP FOR MORE INFO:

Wings over Wairarapa really does live up to its acronym. With stellar aircraft displays set against stunning scenery, you can’t help but say WOW.

The veteran festival Wings over Wairarapa celebrated its 20th anniversary of aerial action in 2019, with an extravaganza of aircraft. And now the famous event is back for 2023, running from 24-26 November at the Hood Aerodrome in Masterton.

Marvel at aerobatic antics, gasp at wing-walking displays and be amazed by the largest flying collection of WWI aircraft in the world.

Ground-based activities include fascinating aviation displays, food, wine and market stalls and the chance to get up close with a huge selection of military, civil and agricultural aircraft, plus gyrocopters and helicopters.
