The biannual foodie festival F.A.W.C! (Food and Wine Classic) is back in Hawke’s Bay for its winter iteration in June 2023. 

With a cornucopia of events held each weekend from June 2nd to 23rd, there are tasty experiences to suit all palates. 

The Hawke’s Bay region is known as one of the fruit bowls of New Zealand, with its abundance of crops, produce, proteins and viticulture contributing to the delectable menu selection you’ll get to experience. 

2023 marks the 10th sitting of F.A.W.C!, featuring talented chefs, hospitable restaurateurs and award-winning winemakers making the most of the region’s bounty of produce. 

More than 50 events are scheduled across the four weekends in June. Choose from sipping a  famous Hawke’s Bay syrah beside the fire, truffle-hunting, luxurious degustation dining, fire-focused feasts, workshops, foodie films and much more. 

Events range from free walk-ups to premium, all-inclusive offerings with ticket prices from $17 to $320. Tickets are available from May 3 at www.fawc.co.nz
