I currently have a tow bar installed on my car but do not have the electronic outlet for the lights. Where can get this?

It will depend on the type of vehicle and whether or not it has any sophisticated electronic monitoring systems etc.
If it's a run of the mill early model Japanese car, it should be between say, $100 to $150.
