I have a 2002 Nissan Primera (Japanese import) and would like to play my iPod through the stereo.

I found an iPod interface in England called XCarLink, which connects to the cars stereo system by plugging it into the CD changer connector. The device enables direct iPod connection and connection of MP3/MP4 devices via a 3.5mm connector. An iPod can be controlled using the cars stereo and steering wheel controls. There is also a module that enables blue tooth hands-free mobile phone use.

My question is, are there any such devices available in NZ?

I believe this product and other similar type products are available in New Zealand - several have been offered in online auctions in recent times.
A good Car Audio shop will be the best people to advise you which is best suited to your Primera.
