the anti-theft system is activated on my Camry. Unfortunately I forget the PIN number.
How can I made it operable again?

Toyota dealers should be able to retrieve the code with the VIN number, if it’s the original radio for the car otherwise they might need some serial number from the rear of the radio. You should give them a call but keep in mind they might need to confirm you are the owner of the said vehicle and radio.
