I've just bought a new car and have been offered paint and upholstery protection. Are these worth having?

These products are really only beneficial if your car is not garaged and you have kids eating and drinking in the car. Otherwise, if you regularly wash the bodywork and keep the interior clean then it is less likely that you need this.
