Hey there,

After a particularly windy weekend I noticed that my drivers side monsoon guard ( that blocks out the rain if you're driving with the windows open) has come off. I tried to clip it back in but it attaches to some sort of black plastic ribbing which looks like it might need to be replaced. I've also noticed that the plastic that covers the hinges of the boot has also come off exposing the wiring that runs to the lights.

Its a 2004 Accord- Am I right in saying that a panelbeater should be able to fix these things? What is a reasonable cost. They are small I know but I'd like to fix them

A panelbeater shouldn't have any problems fixing these items. It doesn't sound like anything major but if parts/clips needs replacing you might be looking at around $250.00 - but this can vary depending on what is found to be broken and the labour involved.

You should request a quote from the panelbeater before requesting the repair to be carried out.
