We need to find the most efficient and cheapest way to frequently and quickly move a 2.2m x 2.2m x 2.2m 900kg Ice Cream-selling "Pod"

Here is a photo of the object: http://oi42.tinypic.com/35irk3t.jpg

We have a Nissan Primera 2.0 made 2001, and in the AA towing guide it says it can pull 500-1,300kg with a braked trailer.

The issues are that
A) The car doesn't currently have a towbar fitted
B) We don't have a trailer, and are having trouble finding one wide enough to fit 2.2m.
C) We don't have much money to spend, we would most likely have to get a loan to fund the solution.

So either a tow bar and trailer, or a flat-deck truck is on the cards, unless anyone can offer any other solutions. Any help at all would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks very much,
Kurtis.

It's doubtful you'd find a trailer suitable, as the legal maximum width is 2.5 metres, so the pod would need to sit above the trailer wheels. Also, if your Primera has a CVT transmission, it wouldn't be an ideal tow vehicle, and even if not, any trailer would need to be braked.
I think a flat deck truck is really the only practical solution.

Thanks for the reply, we thought that might be the case.

Are there any trucks in particular you could recommend for us, or any places we can go for further, more specified information?

Thanks again,
Kurtis.

Obviously, it really depends on your budget as to what make, model and year would be appropriate.
I suggest you look online at websites such as Trade Me.
Good luck in your search - hope you find a good reliable truck to get the ice cream delivered over the summer!!
