My Honda Fit doesn't come with a spare tyre.
Is there any way I can fit a spare tyre in the boot which is safe secure and elegant .

This is a good question, there is no information I have found that lists car with or without spare tyres.
Imports can vary between models. Some cars will still have a provision for at least a space saver. But this would be something to discuss ith the seller.
Some manufactures see no need for a spare on their smaller cars, and include a can of inflater/ sealer instead. Usually this is found on imports.

What I am asking is that if my Car doesn't come with a spare tyre as a standard accessory, can I use any after market accessory to place a spare tyre in the Honda fit which looks elegant and is also safe and secure .

I don't know about your car specifically. Some cars still have the provision for a spare, but has a pocket with cover fitted in place.
You will need to take your car to a workshop for them to locate a spare and see if it fits nicely. And also check if the car has a provision to actually secure the tyre, or one will have to be manufactured for the car.
