Hi, I'm looking to upgrade and want a mid-size auto hatch (around the 2 litre mark), 2013/14 roughly. I have it narrowed down to this:

Ford Focus
Mazda 3
Hyundai i30

What would be the best option in terms of fuel efficiency, reliability, and equipment level? And do you have any other ideas, I'm open to both European and Asian vehicles (my only condition is that its not a CVT, I hate them with a burning passion)

My pick would have to be the Mazda 3 GSX hands down for all the reasons as above.
