Hi Jack,

I am considering buying a Toyota Vanguard, what is your general opinion of this vehicle?

This vehicle is basically a Japanese domestic market long wheelbase version of the RAV4, which has an excellent reputation for reliability. Some Vanguard models have the 3.5 litre V6 engine which is quite a thirsty powerplant, so perhaps the 2.4 litre would be the preferable option.
