Hi
We would like to replace a Toyota Funcargo for a 2005-6 Toyota Sienta.
The Funcargo has been fantastic both in economy and space.

Toyta Sienta we don't have much knowledge about, it has the CVT transmission that makes me a little worried, but we really like the look and space.
So should we gamble to buy a Sienta or just change to a later model Funcargo?

It seems that later CVTs (from around 2009/10ish onwards) have become a lot more reliable, but from the early-mid 2000s, I'd still be nervous about having one.
Personally, if buying a car from this era, I'd much rather have a car with a conventional automatic transmission than one with a CVT.
