Could you give me some information on these 2 vehicles please. If there are any known issues etc, if either or is better than the other please? Thanks

From what I can see, The MPV would be a larger, more expensive, and less fuel economic choice.
The Odyssey is smaller, around 5k cheaper to buy, and cheaper of fuel.
Depending on the size to suit your needs.
Both seem pretty reliable. I would check if you can find a regular maintenance schedule
and two keys.
Make sure you get a pre purchase inspection, which will give you information on the
overall vehicle condition.
