We were thinking of putting our pre-loved car on the market for sale - possibly Trade Me - but given the hype over buyers purchasing cars that were supposedly not fit for sale, we wondered whether it was worth getting an AA Check on the vehicle first and having that documentation available for prospective purchasers. A good idea? or not?

I think this is a great idea. I'm sure it will help you sell the car, and mke it stand out in a tough used car market.
I wish more sellers would take this approach.
