I am interested to fitting a towbar - to carry a bike carrier (18kg ) and two bikes. All in total just under 60kg on the towball/ bike carrier fitting. Is this possible? Any range of wiring costs? I have been told $350.00 as it is a Hybrid. Comments welcomed.

I don't see that it would be too much of a problem, as it would be no different to having a 60kg passenger in the back. You wouldn't need any wiring, as you won't be towing a trailer.
