Hi,
I'm intending to buy an imported Honda Fit 2007 or 2008.
I've been advised by the salesperson that any CVT issues common in the early 2000's models have been largely resolved.Or can be with an oil additive. Is this your opinion also?

Hi There,
I'm not sure of the additive, but the transmission speciialists say that a good service with the correct fluid seems to make the transmission perform better.
If in doubt, call a transmission specialist about these cars.
