Merry Christmas!

I have just booked for a vehicle inspection for a 2007 Toyota Blade and I have heard the reliability issue with CVT. Just want to be sure if the trasmission checking is part of the inspection? If not, how can I ascertain the condition of the car (with CVT) that I am going to purchase? Thanks very much for the help.

Hi Zoe,
Sorry for the delay over the Christmas break.
The guys drive the car up to 50kph and if they notice any irregularities in operation, they will make a note to for you to investigate further.
I recommend calling up a local transmission specialist and just check whether they are known to give problems and what to look for.
