Hi, is it advisable to purchase a vehicle that has been written off, deregistered and re-registered? What are the pitfalls? Cheers.

I personally wouldn't want to buy a vehicle knowing it had been written off.
But it would depend on what caused the write off. If it was flood damaged, or major accident damage then I would be wary, as there could be possible issues only evident over time.
