Unable to get through on the phone due to it being a call centre!
Can someone post this report online?

We have also been experiencing some phone difficulties today sorry.

I personally have already left a message however have not received any call back. Your phones seem to be still experiencing difficulties today?? It's impossible to get through or get anyone to phone back!!
