I would like to scrap my car I am wondering where should I go?Also its still under registration can I get refund for remaind time?

There are a number of cash-for-scrap type dealers around who could come and pick up a vehicle for you and scrap it and give a few hundred dollars for it. Depending on vehicle type as to how interested they would be and what they would pay you.
All you would need to do is remove the number plates and registration label and submit them to a licensing agent to de-register the vehicle. There you may receive a refund for any remaining licensing.
