Forum Motoring Rules & Regulations Converting to a Two Seater

I have a Hatchback I have removed the rear seats and belts to use as a work vehicle. Does it still require rear seatbelts for a WOF and if not do I need a Low Volume Vehicle Certificate for this modification?

Hi Rusty, this is perfectly fine and no LVV certification is required. You must remove the seats and belts (as you have).
