Hi There - are there any guidelines/regulations that specify speed limits for privately owned workplaces? We would like to set a limit of about 15km but unsure if there are are any regs that we need to know about. Thanks

This is more of an OSH issue than a roading or traffic matter. I suggest you contact MBIE (Previously refered to as the Labour Dept).
