We just finished 3 wonderful months touring NZ in a small campervan. We got our insurance through AA on 8/3/13 and were told that the unused period of the year-long policy would be reimbursed. I emailed our AA Consultant on 30/5/13 to let her know that the campervan had been returned to the rental company on 29/5/13 and asked how we could obtain the credit for unused time.

So far, we have heard nothing, even a confirmation that the email was received, so I'm asking if you can direct this question to the appropriate party or give us email information so that we can contact AA.

The Policy number is AAI 8163644 and was issued by your staff in the Cavendish Drive office in Manukau. My AAA membership number in Colorado is 429 006 862188200 8.

We would appreciate any help you can offer.

I have just spoken to the people at AA Insurance, and been told that the turn-around for these matters is usually 3 working days. As yesterday (Monday 3rd June) was a holiday here, maybe the matter is still in the process of being resolved.
However, you can send your details to customerservice@aainsurance.co.nz if you wish, and the matter will be dealt with.
