We purchased a brand new Citroen C4 exclusive which used 95 fuel according to the technical specification and the sale person. After issues with the engine fault light coming on we are now told we must use 98 which is inconvenient and more costly. The sales person told use we could use 91 if we wanted to as its the same as 95. We have only used 95. we purchased the car as a more economic alternative to our Mercedes. Its now more expensive to run plus we have to go out of our way to get to a station that sells 98. I want to take the car back for a full refund - what are our rights.
