Sorry I dont have CIN card, but all the docs from dealer. Tyota dealer send me an screenshot of Carjam with chasis no and toyota parts software screenshot that describes its a CVT vehicle.
I will contact tribunal and let you how everything goes.
Much appreciated your help.
I would not totally rely on Carjam, I would be inclined to get a report from Toyota itself, and it is worth paying for that, possibly an AA report as well also confirming it is a CTV, it pays to have your facts well researched before you go to the tribunal, no doubt the dealership will present some form of evidence about the vehicle and maybe will have taken legal advice as well.
I look forward to the outcome with interest
I appreciate your concern. I have confirmed with toyota Parts team, they have confirmed that its a CVT vehicle.
Take a support person with you, they have no speaking rights and must remain silent during the hearing, just in case you want the legal stuff I have posted a link to the Justice Department for you

You mention you don't have the CIN? Legally the dealer must supply you with a copy of this and you must sign a copy to show that you have received it. Did this happen? If not, then he has also made another mistake.
