hi i brought a car 4 weeks a go with in a week it had to go back to the deller for not runing proply thay had to fit new ht leads and plugs as for head gaskit leck thay just put stop leck in it witch i think is just crap as long term this shit kills cars ive had it back a week or so now i have the ennige check light comeing on how many times do i have to put up with faults befor i can make them tack the car back as its getting to the pount that the strees of its getting to me and can i make them tack the car back because of the check light

If you bought the vehicle from a Registered Motor Vehicle Trader and not by auction or private sale - for personal use, then the CGA should come into play. But the CGA only covers you for what is deemed a reasonable amount of time so it would be dependent on many factors such as the purchase price, mileage, age of vehicle, etc.

You need to give the dealer the opportunity to put the problem right. If, after many attempts the dealer cannot fix the existing problem then you can consider rejecting the vehicle - do this in writing to the dealer. If the dealer doesn’t accept this you will need to take the matter to the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal to have the case heard - It could go either way depending on the facts presented.
