What kind of fluid liquid is recommended for toyota premio 2005 1.8 Automatic?

Hi there, I can't find the specs for this type of Japanese import, but Toyota have the Camry as being in the same family.
A universal Automatic transmission fluid (ATF) Dex 2 or 3 fluid is listed as able to be used.
