Can I carry my relatives(like brother mother) if I'm holding the retrist liscence?

Generally you are only allowed to carry passengers if you have a licensed supervisor.

Can I drive atomatic if I use manual car in the road test?

Hi there,
Yes you can drive both kinds of transmission this way, but not if you sit the test in an Auto you are only able to drive A/T until you receive your full license.
