Hi,

I received two fines - one for not realising the rego was out of date as the address they had was wrong and the second for no evidence of inspection. I do have a current WOF (from September) and the sticker is clearly and correctly displayed on my windscreen. What is the second fine for or is this a trigger happy parking warden?

Hi there,
It could well be that the inspector did not clearly see the year of the WoF expiry and just took the month (September) as expired.
Attach some photos or documents as evidence of the non-expired WoF, and send it is with a letter to request this fine be dropped as it had been issued incorrectly.
