I've been told that my car has overheated because of lack of water, and I have water in my oil.

How much would be the estimated price for it to get fixed? or is it worth fixing at all?

Unfortunately lack of water, oil contaminated water and over heating are all indications of a potential head gasket failure. You would need to discuss the potential coat of repair with your mechanic, after a more comprehensive diagnosis.
As for the cost if it is a head gasket problem it could be in the thousands.
