Hi,

I bought a 2013 Nissan Leaf electric vehicle today from a dealer and it appears it has no option to change language to English for the electronic dashboard dispay. Normally this will not be an issue for an ordinary petrol car but it is important for an electric car given that one will rely on the display. What are my options besides asking the dealer for help converting it to English? Thanks in advance

Hi there,
This is a common problem with Japanese imported vehicles, NZ manufactures will generally not be able to offer any help with regards to imports either.
I've not heard of any success in changing display languages. You may need to have a translator write down what all the displays mean for a reference until you remember what they look like.
