I have a 1995 L300 camper and was considering replacing the engine. Runs ok but is underpowered. I see there is a 2.4 motor from the same era and newer but wasn't sure about the feasability/compatibility. Any idea where to start looking or who to ask?

This can be costly and may potentially effect you insurance, I would consult a mechanic first and let him pass his opinion on the matter. Be sure that your engine isn't simply becoming worn-out which is having a negative effect on its performance.
