My 2014 diesel powered CX5 'jumps' as I stop in traffic, and occasionally when I take my foot off the brake to move on. It seems to happen both when I stop quickly, and also when I stop in a more leisurely manner. It has done 86,500km, and I have owned it for 4,500km. The normal servicing schedule appears to have been followed from new. The local agent has 'adjusted' the computer settings and says it will have to 'learn' my driving style then maybe it will self fix. That was over 2,000km ago, with no improvement.
Have you any ideas on what may be the cause? Is it likely to cause further damage if not fixed?
Many thanks, Richard

Hi there,
You may need to see a transmission specialist and see if the fault is transmission related. We've not heard of many Mazda faults to be able to pinpoint a noted "common" problem.
