Good Morning

My car had an accident in February and had to undergo a long repairing process of 1.5months. I have received the car but it is in a worse condition than it was before the accident. The repaired light is not working as it was before. My alarm system is no longer synced with the indicators. When I picked up the car last Friday it had no passenger side side mirror and still not received the mirror and I have discovered that they have put a tyre with a different pattern. I was told by Tony's Tyres that both tyres on a single axle should have matching patterns. I rung the insurance company and they told me that I have resolve this matter with the panel beater for which I don't have time.

Could you please provide some clarification on this claim about the tyres and advice on how I can resolve this matter. Thanks and Regards. J

If you are unsatisfied with the repairs you have done the correct thing by contacting your insurance company.
If they have instructed you to return to the repairer for remedy this is quite normal, I would follow there advice and offer the panel shop the opportunity to rectify the faults.
If you are still unsatisfied with their remedy call the insurance company again and see if they can assist you further in resolving the issues.
