Hi, I have an import Lexus IS350 2005.
The dash & door panels are deteriorating and would be very sticky when hot.
Upon some searching, it looks like it is a common issue for Lexus of this time and they even did a recall in US.
Would it be possible to get this serviced/replaced by Lexus NZ? If not, what would be the best fix for this problem?

Hello, you could contact Lexus NZ but I am not aware of the recall it would be worth a try.
