We had new battery from AA Springfield
because the battery from Stadium Motors
failed two months after purchase.
The car is a Toyota C HR 2017 Japanese Import
What rights do we have under Consumers Guarantee Act?

Hi according to the CGA your vehicle must be of acceptable quality – reasonable in look and finish, durable and safe.

If you have a fault with the vehicle you should give the dealer the first right of repair.

You can let them know of the battery replacement and what it cost you to repair but they may argue that they were not notified of the fault.
A good dealer will do the right thing.. you can find out more here ....
