Hi Jack, I noticed the rubber/plastic surround by fuel filler opening was perishing at the corner. I only noticed because I had to bend down to pick up cap and saw the opening in the surround. Where can I have this fixed. Car is a 2004 Mitsubishi Diamante.

It is likely this is an easily replaced part by your Mitsubishi dealer. If there's no dealer near you, any mechanic should be able to order the part from Mitsubishi and carry out the repair.
