We have brought the above second hand car but it does not have a car user manual - do you know where I can get a free download of the manual so we know how everything works?

There is a company that supplies aftermarket owners manuals but they do charge for this. You can contact JPNZ on 09 8250773 for further information. The Toyota Starlet is a common car on NZ roads and I am sure most local mechanics would be able to show you how certain things work.
