Hi... can you tell me the date of manufacture of my AA 3662 battery with the following hotstamped code 9EKD86. Thanks Mike

We had to check with our colleagues at AA Batteries, as that is not a code that we recognise. The most important date for us is the warranty start date which will be on a sticker.
However, that code identifies the battery as being manufactured on 3rd May 2009.
