How frequently should I rotate the tyres for a sedan car? Is it every 10,000km or less? Thanks

Yes, 10,000km would be a correct recommended distance to travel between tyre rotations - also refer to the vehicle manufacturer recommendations.

Check for uneven tyre wear as well as the vehicle may need a wheel alignment.
