Hi there , iv been looking at up dateing my 04 Camry , i have noticed that both models have a fuel running cost of 9.9 lts / 100kms - is this right given the larger moter of the Aurion ? Also is there any problems with the Aurion 07 that i should consider ? and last what km should the water pump be done at ?
Thanks

I'm not sure where you got the information from, but current information from Toyota has the Camry at 7.8L/100km and the Aurion at 9.3L/100km, although the claimed manufacturer's economy figures from the years you mention could be correct.
Our experience is that real world fuel ecomomy will generally be greater than manufacturers' claims, although they are usually achieveble if you drive with economy in mind. However, our experience also tells us that while the Aurion has a ton of grunt, it's also very thirsty, so as a guide, expect the Aurion to use around 20% or so more fuel than the Camry.
Other than the heavy fuel consumption, the Aurion has a reputation for being a reliable model.
Chain driven engines such as this do not have a recommended replacement interval for the water pump.
