Someone has broken the locks so i can't get in my car. Who is the best person to get it towed to, a mechanic or a panel beater? Roughly how much will I be looking at it costing? Is there an AA place that can do it for me?

As an AA member, in the first instance call AA Roadservice on 0800 500 222 or *222 from your mobile. They can treat this as a lock-out and get into the car for you in order that you can drive it to a repairer.
The actual repair is likely to be more appropriate for a locksmith - someone like Armstrong Locksmiths who are used to dealing with automotive locks. However, once the AA Roadservice officer has viewed the locks, he will be in a better position to give advice.
