I purchased a 2001 ford courier double cab ute in May 2011 - I have been refused a WOF because of rust in chassis etc .... My trusted panel beater says there is a lot of rust, that it has been in the ocean etc and I have been duped.
What are my options? Do I have any recourse back to the company I bought the vehicle from?

As you purchased this vehicle almost 3 years ago and presumably it has passed at least 4 WoFs in that time, it would be unlikely that you would have any recourse against the dealer.
