My battery went flat and disabled my radio.I dont have the code for resetting it.The people I bought it off have moved overseas.Can it be reset?

The franchised dealer for the brand of vehicle should be able to retrieve a code using either the vehicles VIN number or the serial number on the radio. For security reasons they will normally require you take the vehicle to their premises and there is sometimes a fee for this service.
