Everything electronically inside turns on and works when the keys turned but it won't start up at all I've checked the battery and it's fully charged any reason why it won't start up at all?

It's impossible for me to make an accurate diagnosis from my desk, and I'm not entirely sure of the symptom you are experiencing (ie; is it winding over and not firing, or not winding over at all?).
If you are saying the ignition turns on but the engine won't wind over, the problem is in the starter circuit, but could be anything from ignition switch, wiring, inhibiter switch (assuming it's an automatic), starter relay or starter motor. Also, be mindful that many cars need the brake pedal depressed to wind over, so could also be brake light switch.
If it winds over but doesn't fire, it could be a crank sensor, fuel pump, fuel pump relay etc.
Basically, this car needs to be checked out by a mechanic or auto-electrician to make a proper diagnosis.
