Hi, I recently bought a new Nissan Pulsar ST hatch and I noticed that there is a buzzing/rattling noise coming from under the bonnet when I drive the car and the engine is still cold. There is no noise when the engine is idle, only when I press the acceleration and the noise disappears once the engine has warmed up.

Is this normal behavior? Has anyone else with a Pulsar experienced this?

We're not aware of any common complaints of this issue. Perhaps dropping the car in with your Nissan dealer and have them start it up from cold in the morning might shed some light on the problem.

Thanks for the response. I called the dealer's authorized service and they said that it's most likely normal behavior. Anyway, I'm taking the car to them tomorrow to investigate the noise. I will update the thread when I have more info.
