I have a Ford XR6 Turbo Ute 50th Anniversary, i have had some work done to the engine and turbo setup, i was dyno tuned at 350 RWKW and 1130 Newtons of torque. today whilst driving my rear most cylinder fired the sparkplug through the top of the engine, now engine is stuffed and expensive repair. my question is what would cause this to happen???

My guess is too much pressure is one way or another. Possibly too much fuel, too much turbo boost, too much compression etc.. Either that or the spark plug was loose.
BTW, are you sure about 1,130Nm? That seems highly unlikely for even the most highly modified petrol engine.
