Hi,

We recently noticed our mazda 3's front windscreen having a small patch of glass
dent(glass scratch).Its not really visible unless seen closely, just a small round
patch of glass that seems to be eroded.
Not sure of the cause but it wasn't there before we noticed it yesterday.Possibly,
from a chip of the road somewhere, but not certain though.

My query how will this small(very tiny) patch be set right,would it need the entire front screen to be replaced? Is it usually covered by insurance co's(ours is Tower).

I presume you mean it is chipped? If so (and assuming it hasn't already been repaired - as even a repaired chip will usually leave a small mark), you can contact AA Autoglass to have it rectified.

Yes, it is chipped.(sorry, i should have used that term earlier)
