Wanting to change cooling fluid on this vehicle.My manual says the engine drain plug is on the back of the engine block.I am unable to find a plug in this location,there is however a small plug on the front to the right of the oil filter just below the core plugs,could this be the engine drain? Many thanks.

Replacing the coolant is not as straight forward as you may think. If you are not sure what you are looking at, might be best to leave to an expert. Most cooling systems need to be drained, flushed, and bled while filling to prevent air locks and overheating. Toyotas in particular and be tricky. If all else fails, undo it and see what comes out.
